Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the delivery method chosen.
Occasionally, we may offer special promotions , such as free delivery. These offers will be clearly indicated on our website.
3. Delivery times

Standard delivery in Canada : usually between 1 and 5 business days after shipment, depending on the region.

International delivery (if applicable) : Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are provided for guidance purposes only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. carrier delays, weather conditions, customs).
4. Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email allowing you to track the status of your delivery online.
5. Delays and stock shortages
In case of a temporary stock shortage, delivery may be delayed.
You will be notified by email of the new estimated delivery date .
In case of stock shortage, shipping may take 7 to 14 business days .
No refund or chargeback can be claimed for a delay within this period, in accordance with our Terms of Use .
6. Incorrect address or undeliverable package
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of payment.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, reshipping fees may apply.
7. Customs and International Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import taxes or delivery charges may apply according to the laws of your country.
These costs are the responsibility of the client .
Boutique Petit Champlain is not responsible for delays caused by customs services.
8. Damaged or lost package
If your package arrives damaged , please contact us at info@boutiquepetitchamplain.com within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the damage .
If your package is lost in transit , please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the situation quickly.
