We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
This refund policy explains under what conditions and how you can request a return or refund.


1. Returns and prior approval

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Before returning an item, you must obtain prior approval from our customer service team.
Please write to us at info@boutiquepetitchamplain.com by stating:

  • your order number ,

  • the reason for the return ,

  • and, if applicable, photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Once the request is approved, our team will send you the return address and instructions to follow.


2. Conditions for eligibility for reimbursement

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging (as much as possible).

  • The return must include proof of purchase , such as the confirmation email or invoice.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned :

  • Underwear and lingerie

  • Stockings and tights

  • Opened or used personal care products


3. Shipping costs for returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number , as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


4. Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 30 days .

If you have not received your refund after 30 days:

  1. First, check your bank account;

  2. Next, contact your payment provider;

  3. If the problem persists, please write to us at info@boutiquepetitchamplain.com .


5. Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery , including photos .
We will arrange a free replacement .
If the same problem recurs, a full refund will be given.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, due to our automated order processing system.
